Note: All honey will crystallize, given enough time. Raw honey tends to crystallize sooner than commercially-processed honey, which is heated and filtered. A beautiful reproduction of the square, apothecary-style jar used by Charles F. Muth (1833–1898) of Cincinnati, Ohio.
