Note: Unlike creamed/whipped/spun honey which involves pasteurization at 140–160°F, naturally crystallized uses raw honey which has never been heated and has been allowed to crystallize spontaneously.

A glass Mason jar holding 10 oz of honey. This non-shouldered “jelly” glass with straight sides allows for easy scooping of the delicious crystallized honey. Metal lid with Plastisol liner seals in freshness.

Note: All honey will crystallize, given enough time. Raw honey tends to crystallize sooner than commercially-processed honey, which is heated and filtered. Note: Honey in the comb and sealed by the bees is as raw as it gets. Each slice of comb honey, including the beeswax, is perfectly edible. Releasing the honey-filled cells into your mouth is truly a unique experience. Try pairing comb honey with fresh fruit, rich cheese, or crusty bread for a delicious spread. About the box:
Made from high-quality, food-grade polystyrene, each 4×4-inch square container allows for a honeycomb slice of around 10 to 14-ounces, as the bees don’t make every cell the same depth.

A beautiful reproduction of the square, apothecary-style jar used by Charles F. Muth (1833–1898) of Cincinnati, Ohio. It was one of the first jars produced specifically for liquid honey—made available by the invention of the honey extractor. This jar has a skep beehive relief with the words “ONE POUND PURE HONEY.” Perfect gift for the tea drinker. Makes for a unique keepsake or bud vase when emptied.
