Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS. Priority Mail Flat RateĀ® provides expected 1-3 business day delivery (from the ship date) to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.

Return Policy

Two Million Blooms is pleased to guarantee and stand by everything we sell with a 30 day return policy. However, food items/product which have been opened or have a broken seal are excluded from our return policy for food safety and hygiene reasons.

Disclaimer on Honey Appearance
Our honey is raw, unheated and unfiltered, to maintain the beneficial properties and amazing flavor. It is normal and expected for raw honey to crystallize sooner than honey which has been heated and filtered. To re-liquify, place the container in very hot water (but not boiling) and let stand until completely liquified. It also is normal for small air bubbles or foam to appear at the top of the jar. Again, this is proof of the honey’s raw, unadulterated nature.

Damaged Items
If for some reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

Lost/Delayed Items:
We cannot be held responsible for lost items, items delayed by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, misrouted, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order and/or those seized by Customs. These items are not eligible for refund or re-shipping.

What do I do if there is a problem with the product (e.g. find something foreign)?
In the case of foreign object, retain all parts of the packaging, product, and foreign object and contact us for further investigation. (Before contacting, please read Disclaimer on Honey Appearance above).

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
